The Green Bay Packers are one of the most iconic NFL teams, and their schedule has recently been released. In 2019 they’re looking to make a serious run at the title, and they’ve put together a great season plan to get them there. Here’s a look at all their upcoming games and what they need to do to win them.
Packers vs Bears – September 5th
Game one of the season is a statement game for the Packers as they take on their division rivals, the Chicago Bears. This is a must win for the green and gold to get their season off to the right start. Aaron Rodgers and company need to take advantage of the crowd’s energy and make it to week two with a victory.
Packers vs Redskins – September 15th
After playing the Bears, the Packers take on the Washington Redskins at home in week two. This is another must win for the Packers, but it won’t come easy. The Redskins are a much better team than they were last year and the Packers need to make sure they are on top of their game in order to get the win.
Packers vs Broncos – October 3rd
The Packers make their way to Denver in week four to take on the Broncos. This is a huge test for the team and they need to make sure they are on top of their game. With talent across the board, Aaron Rodgers needs to make sure all of his weapons are firing in order to get the victory.
Packers vs Colts – October 21st
The Packers travel to Indianapolis for their first division game of the season as they take on the Colts. This game will be a good test of the team’s defensive prowess as the Colts offense is full of firepower. As long as the Packers can keep the Colts’ offense in check, they should have a great chance at winning this one.
Packers vs Lions – November 6th
The Packers take on the Detroit Lions in week nine as they look to keep their season on track. This game is important as the Packers need to put the Lions away quickly in order to not let the game get away from them. The Lions are a dangerous team and the Packers will need to be focused in order to get the win.
Packers vs Vikings – November 20th
The Packers take on the Minnesota Vikings in week eleven as they try to continue their winning ways. This is the last division game of the season and the Packers will need to be on top of their game in order to get the win and keep their playoff hopes alive. Aaron Rodgers will need to have one of his best performances of the season in order to come away with a victory.
